Welcome to Southern Upland Roving Archers

      

Established February 2009 and fully insured as a private shoot. 

A series of private archery shoots based in the stunning Scottish Border country on the route of the Southern Upland Way.

We shoot all types of traditionaly made and classic bows. Inc the horse bow.

We are non affiliated but encourage new archers to join nationaly recognised bodies such as the NFAS, GNAS, BLBS etc if they wish to take part in competitions.

Membership is by invitation and guests are welcome by appointment.

We practice

Most days April to October.

1pm until we are too tired or lose the light. Feel free to contact for a visit.

October to April Wednesdays 1pm until we are too tired or lose the light. Feel free to contact for a visit.

 

We shoot

Saturdays from 1pm until we lose the light or are too tired on different grounds.

We have our own indoor shooting facility when required. 

Other clubs/ archery organisations requiring shooting grounds for special events etc.. are welcome to contact us.
